For you and the therapist to enjoy the fullest comfort during your treatment, please observe the customer conduct code.

Your rights as a client:

  • To be treated with respect, dignity and consideration
  • Don't hesitate to stop the treatment at any time, for any reason
  • To be in a safe, clean and comfortable environment

You have the responsibility to:

  • Communicate about your health condition or illnesses
  • Communicate your expectations and preferences
  • Treat the therapist with respect and courtesy
  • Speak quietly during your healing journey
  • Turn your mobile phone to flight or silent mode
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment

Appointments:

Making an appointment with the therapist is necessary to meet your desired treatment and availability.

You may call or email, on the contact page provided. In case that therapist is occupied with another customer, please leave a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible

Cancellation:

In some cases, if you need to cancel your appointment.

Please advise the therapist 12 hours in advance.

By doing so, it allows other customers, who are on the waiting list, to be accepted.

Privacy:

Any information you give to Sajati will be held with the cutmost care.

We value your privacy.

Payment:

Cash is preferable.

Payments with visa, master card, american express and maestro are also accepted. Gift certificates issued by Sajati are also accepted.
